Inclusion Criteria

ASA I patients

Wilkes class III -Anterior disc displacement without reduction as confirmed in MRI

Patients in which conservative therapy has failed

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with symptoms relieved by non invasive conservative approaches.

Age < 18,pregnantpatients,psychiatric illness

Patients with failed TMD surgeries

Intraoperative finding of disc perforation
