Adults aged 20-79 years with ASA physical status I-III, planned elective surgery under general anesthesia
patients who do not agree to participate in the study
patients with a history of gastroesophageal reflux
patients without fasting
patients with congenital or acquired upper respiratory tract lesion such as tumors, polyps, trauma, and abscesses
patients with a history of airway-related surgery
patients with an increased likelihood of airway aspiration or abnormal blood coagulation
patients with tooth mobility
