1) Those with 3 or more pain levels (QVAS)
2) Those who can maintain a standing position for more than 30 seconds
3) Body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30 (=30 kg/m2)
4) Those with a 30% or the same body fat rate (=30%)
5) Person whose abdominal fat rate (WHR) is 0.85cm large or equal (=0.85)
6) Those who are positive for three or more of the five items of the lumbar spine instability test
1) due to compression fracture pain those symptoms.
2) systematically those with illness like cancer.

4) Arbitration for anyone under 80 percent participation rate.
