- •- age 18-65 years
- •- ASA clasiification I-III
- •- undergo general anesthesia with orthopedics surgery
- •- duration of surgery 1-3 hours
排除标准
- •- no inform consent
- •- ketamine allergy
- •- BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •- preoperative core temperature > 38 c or < 35 c
- •- hypo-hyperthyroidism
- •- Parkinson's disease
- •- requiring blood transfusion during surgery
- •- severe cardiopulmonary disease
- •- neuromuscular disease
- •- history of convulsion
- •- pregnancy
- •- not pass reocery room
- •- plan post operative on respirator or ICU
- •- intake tramadol or clonidine before surgery
- •- receive ondansetron
- •- psychiatric disorder (Schizophrenia)
