Physical function often declines with age, affecting mobility, balance, and overall independence. Falls are also a serious risk since they frequently result in injuries and a deterioration in general health. Analyzing the results of motor imagery training can offer important insights into preventing these age-related deficits and preserving or enhancing older adults’ general health. An accessible and non-invasive technique that elderly people could readily implement into their regular routines is motor imagery training. Gaining knowledge of its possible advantages could aid in the development of practical and long-lasting strategies to improve quality of life. By assessing a variety of outcomes, such as balance, functional independence, gait speed, and quality of life, this study seeks to take an integrated strategy. This method acknowledges the interdependence of these elements and aims to comprehend all kinds of effects that motor imagery training has on the lives of older adults. Through examining the impact of motor imagery training on important health parameters like gait speed, balance, functional independence, and quality of life, the research seeks to produce data that can help healthcare providers design tailored interventions for older adults that will enhance their overall health. By studying how motor imagery training affects important health indicators like gait speed, balance, functional independence, and quality of life, the study aims to provide information that can help healthcare providers develop customized interventions for older adults that will improve their quality of life
Research Hypothesis: There will be a significant effect of motor imagery training on balance, functional independence, gait speed and quality of life in older adults
Null Hypothesis: There will be no significant effect of motor imagery training on balance, functional independence, gait speed, and quality of life in older adults

- •Healthy older adults aged 60-75 years No neurological diagnosis such as Parkinson, Stroke.
排除标准
- •Mini-Mental State Examination Score less than 24 Uncorrected Visual and Hearing impairment History of trauma and fall before 6 months.
