入选标准
- •1. All adult patients (age >18 years) admitted or receiving follow up care for chronic pulmonary diseases.
- •2. Types of diseases included in chronic pulmonary diseases are chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, pneumonia, tuberculosis, interstitial lung diseases, pneumoconiosis, pulmonary circulatory diseases.
排除标准
- •1. Patients suffering from carcinoma lung.
- •2. Patients in early stages of diseases with expected survival for more than 3 years as assessed by the treating physician.
