Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Willing to participate in study
- •2 Age group: 20\-80 years
- •3 Diagnosed with stroke
- •4 having spasticity in gastrocnemusmuscle according to Modified Ashworth scale grade (MAS \>1 to 3\)
- •5 at least 6 months since stroke onset(Chronic stage)
- •6 Unilateral drop foot due to stroke.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Using antispastic drugs or botox injections;
- •2 Suffering from other central nervous system lesions, peripheral nervous system disorders/ myopathies;
- •3 Previous musculoskeletal surgery of Lowerlimb.
- •4 open wound or skin condition
