Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke and shoulder pain, and shoulder pain occurs after stroke;
2. Hemiplegia of one limb, patients with stage 2 <=Brunnstrom stage of upper limb <=stage 5;
3. 14 days < course <=6 months;
4. Patients aged 40-70 years;
5. Patients with clear consciousness and no progressive aggravation;
6. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and cooperate with relevant examination, treatment and evaluation.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with recurrent stroke and recurrent or aggravated shoulder pain;
2. Patients with shoulder pain caused by brain injury, thalamic lesions, cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of shoulder, myocardial infarction and other non apoplectic diseases;
3. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases, mental diseases and malignant tumors;
4. Patients who are allergic to acupuncture or electroacupuncture or have pacemaker or stent implantation;
5. Patients who are participating in other studies that affect the evaluation of this study.
