入选标准
- •1.Adult patients (at least 18 years old) undergoing elective major surgery
- •2.Requires postoperative ICU admission with mechanical ventilation
排除标准
- •1.Previously diagnosed sleep related disorder
- •2.History of sleep-aiding medication in 1 month before enrollment
- •3.Previous use of transquilizers, antidepressants, anti-epeliptics, or other psychotropic medications
- •4.Cannot communicate in Thai
- •5.History of elicit drug use including alcohol more than 7 standard drink per week for female or 14 standard drink for male
- •6.Central nervous system disorders or previous traumatic brain injury or history of seizure
- •7.Pregnant women
