Inclusion Criteria

1.Adult patients (at least 18 years old) undergoing elective major surgery
2.Requires postoperative ICU admission with mechanical ventilation

Exclusion Criteria

1.Previously diagnosed sleep related disorder
2.History of sleep-aiding medication in 1 month before enrollment
3.Previous use of transquilizers, antidepressants, anti-epeliptics, or other psychotropic medications
4.Cannot communicate in Thai
5.History of elicit drug use including alcohol more than 7 standard drink per week for female or 14 standard drink for male
6.Central nervous system disorders or previous traumatic brain injury or history of seizure
7.Pregnant women
