1.OA knee was diagnose by ACR 1986
2.K-L grade 2-3
3.VAS at least 4
4.inforn and consent
5.BMI less than 29.99
1.knee pain from other condition such as tendinitis
2.systemic arthritis
3.cerebrovascular disease
4.neuromuscular disease
5.history of surgery or traumatic knee
6.paracetamol allergy
7.history of treatment with physical modalities, medication or injection less than 6 months
8.skin conditions such as infection, echymosis
9.impaired cognition
10.history of tretment with ESWT
