Children age 5-18 years old who had frequent rhinitis in the past year
**Definition: frequent rhinitis defined as rhinitis more than 6 times per year, and nasal symptoms (sneezing, itching, nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea) occur during two or more consecutive days for more than 1 h on most days
Children who had underlying chronic disease: liver disease, kidney disease, GI disease, autoimmune disease and uncontrolled asthma
Children who denied for the blood test
Children who could not perform skin prick test
Children do not consent for the study
