- •BMI: 19-35 (including normal-weight, overweight, moderately obese)
- •- Age: 18-55 years old
- •- Right-handed
- •- Motivated to change their eating pattern, i.e. willing to participate actively in the training program & fulfil the homework requirements
排除标准
- •- MRI contraindications
- •- (History of) clinically significant diseases
- •- (History of) signiificant neurological or psychiatric disorders
- •- Regular use of drugs and psychotropic medication
- •- Current strict dieting
- •- Experience with MBSR or MBCT course
- •- Food allergy to any ingredients used in the food rewards
