- •Preterm infant that has birth weight less than 1500 gr that they are health and haven't special disease.
- •Exclusion criteria:
- •1. Having mechanical ventilator
- •2. Congenital anomaly
- •3. antibiotic therapy
- •4. Anemia, renal failure, Gastrointestinal disorder, infection, respiratory disorder and sever moderate IVH
