- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare the effects of different values of PEEP (5cm H2O) vs (10cm H2O) on intracranial pressures (ICP) with ONSD as a surrogate marker in laparoscopic surgeriesTimepoint: 3 minutes after intubation, after abdominal insufflation at 5mins, 15mins, 30mins, after specimen out and 5 mins after de-sufflation.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Compare the effects of high PEEP on haemodynamic parameters and ventilation mechanics.Timepoint: 3 minutes after intubation, after abdominal insufflation at 5mins, 15mins, 30mins, after specimen out and 5 mins after de-sufflation.
