Inclusion Criteria

�Patients pathologically diagnosed with advanced head & neck cancer by a primary oncologist;

ââ?¬Â¢Patientââ?¬•s with estimated survival time longer than 3 months at the time of recruitment into the present study;

�Patients referred to Pain and Palliative unit and under the supervision of palliative care physician;

�Caregivers who are relatives of the patient and involved willingly in care of the patient;

�Patients and caregivers dyads who are18 years or older, and are aware of the diagnosis and estimated survival time of patient;

�Patients and caregivers dyads who are able to understand and answer the questionnaires on their own or with the explanation of investigators;

�Patients and caregivers dyads who have smartphones that will support video format.

Exclusion Criteria

�Patients or caregivers with mental illness or disturbances in conscious mental processes;

�Patients who are unable to communicate due to extremely poor health condition
