Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age between 65\-75 years.
- •2\. The ability to walk at least 30 feet with or without an assistive device and without physical assistance from others.
- •3\. The ability to comprehend instructions and give consent.
- •4\. Berg balance scale score between 21 \- 40\.
- •5\. MMSE Score \> 24
- •6\. PAR\-Q Score suggest no risk to improving physical activity
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Neurodegenerative disease.
- •2\. Dementia, history of stroke or carotid sinus sensitivity (i.e., syncope falls).
- •3\. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure \>160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure \>100 mmHg)
- •4\. Stable/unstable angina pectoris.
- •5\. Uncontrolled metabolic and chronic disease.
- •6\. Severe cerebro\-vascular or peripheral venous insufficiency.
- •7\. History of surgery within the past 6 weeks.
- •8\. Physical impairment that prevents performing the exercises.
