Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Non\-specific low back pain(Absence of a specific diagnosis)
- •2\. Duration of pain more than three months
- •3\. Intensity of pain in VAS more than 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. specific causes of low back pain
- •2\. pathological conditions of spine
- •3\. Features of radiculopathy
- •4\. Inflammatory disorder ( Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc)
- •5\. Features of malignancy
- •6\. The presence of neurological deficits i.e loss of sensation, muscular paralysis and bladder bowel problem
- •7\. Subjects who has difficulties in performing exercises due to mental problems or lack of understanding.
