Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Non\-specific low back pain(Absence of a specific diagnosis)
  • •2\. Duration of pain more than three months
  • •3\. Intensity of pain in VAS more than 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. specific causes of low back pain
  • •2\. pathological conditions of spine
  • •3\. Features of radiculopathy
  • •4\. Inflammatory disorder ( Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc)
  • •5\. Features of malignancy
  • •6\. The presence of neurological deficits i.e loss of sensation, muscular paralysis and bladder bowel problem
  • •7\. Subjects who has difficulties in performing exercises due to mental problems or lack of understanding.
