Patient having chronic neck pain
Patient willingness to participate in study
Exclusion Criteria
Patient having specific cause of neck pain such as myelopathy with weakness numbness and sensory loss cervical disc prolaps
Previous neck and upper limb surgery
History of trauma
History of congenital torticollis
Carcinoma
Migraine
Pregnancy
