Inclusion Criteria

Asa 1 ,2,3 Patients

Refractory Knee Osteoarthritis pain not alleviated with Analgesics and Physiotherapy

Kellgren and Lawrence Grade 3 and Grade 4 patients where surgery is contraindciated

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who had acute knee pain with signs of inflammatory arthritis

Known Psychiatric disorders , on any psychiatry medications

History of steroid injection therapy within the past 3 months
