Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Grade 8 and 9 learners.
- •Eligible participants were identified by measuring their height and weight to calculate BMI. Boys and girls with a BMI \= 85th percentile were approached for inclusion in the intervention study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not able to attend the intervention
- •Grade 10 and older learners
- •BMI \< 85th percentile
