- •Consecutive series of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD).
- •Given informed consent.
排除标准
- •Inability to perform pancreatogastrostomy.
- •Resection of other organs, except the superior mesenteric-portal vein.
- •Previous gastric surgery.
- •Preoperative gastric or duodenal obstruction.
- •Previous complex abdominal surgery.
