•1)Unmarried or married females of age group between 18 to 50 years
•2) Patients having cyst size<=7cm as per USG report (persisting for 2 consecutive cycles)
•3) Single or multiple cysts/unilateral or bilateral /unilocular /multilocular ovarian cyst
•4) Patients either asymptomatic or having clinical signs and symptoms of ovarian cyst
•5) Patients eligible for Virechana Karma and Matrabasti
•6) Patients having CA-125 level <300U/mL
•7) Women with Hb >7gm%
•8) Patients willing to participate in trial

•1)Patient below the age of 18years and above the age of 50 years
•2) Patient having cyst size >7cm as per USG report
•3) Pregnant women with cyst
•4) Women with Hb <7gm%
•5) Tubo-ovarian mass, dermoid cyst, malignant tumors and fibroids.
•6) Patient with uncontrolled Hypertension, Tuberculosis, uncontrolled DM and any other severe systemic diseases.
•7) Patients not eligible for Virechana Karma and Matrabasti.
•8) Patients having CA-125 level >300U/m
