Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1)Unmarried or married females of age group between 18 to 50 years
  • •2) Patients having cyst size<=7cm as per USG report (persisting for 2 consecutive cycles)
  • •3) Single or multiple cysts/unilateral or bilateral /unilocular /multilocular ovarian cyst
  • •4) Patients either asymptomatic or having clinical signs and symptoms of ovarian cyst
  • •5) Patients eligible for Virechana Karma and Matrabasti
  • •6) Patients having CA-125 level <300U/mL
  • •7) Women with Hb >7gm%
  • •8) Patients willing to participate in trial

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1)Patient below the age of 18years and above the age of 50 years
  • •2) Patient having cyst size >7cm as per USG report
  • •3) Pregnant women with cyst
  • •4) Women with Hb <7gm%
  • •5) Tubo-ovarian mass, dermoid cyst, malignant tumors and fibroids.
  • •6) Patient with uncontrolled Hypertension, Tuberculosis, uncontrolled DM and any other severe systemic diseases.
  • •7) Patients not eligible for Virechana Karma and Matrabasti.
  • •8) Patients having CA-125 level >300U/m
