Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Chronic low\-back pain with or without radicular pain
- •2\. Able to read either of three languages i.e., English, Hindi and Punjabi
- •3\. Able to contact through telephone
- •4\. Patient with score less than 6 according to Low back pain knowledge questionnaire
- •5\. Willing to participate and give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Chronic low back pain due to specific causes such as trauma and malignanacy
- •2\. Previous back surgery
- •3\. Evidence of other causes for neuropathy and painful conditions
