Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Chronic low\-back pain with or without radicular pain
  • •2\. Able to read either of three languages i.e., English, Hindi and Punjabi
  • •3\. Able to contact through telephone
  • •4\. Patient with score less than 6 according to Low back pain knowledge questionnaire
  • •5\. Willing to participate and give informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Chronic low back pain due to specific causes such as trauma and malignanacy
  • •2\. Previous back surgery
  • •3\. Evidence of other causes for neuropathy and painful conditions
