Inclusion Criteria
1. Chronic low-back pain with or without radicular pain
2. Able to read either of three languages i.e., English, Hindi and Punjabi
3. Able to contact through telephone
4. Patient with score less than 6 according to Low back pain knowledge questionnaire
5. Willing to participate and give informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Chronic low back pain due to specific causes such as trauma and malignanacy
2. Previous back surgery
3. Evidence of other causes for neuropathy and painful conditions
