Objective 1:
1. Participants without ocular diseases
2. Age: 20 â?? 60 Years
3. Best Correct Visual Acuity (BCVA) 0.1 or better logMAR
4. Spherical equivalent of +/- 5 DS
5. Astigmatism error < 2.5 D
Objective 2,3 & 4:
1. Controls: Age-matched participants without ocular diseases
Case: Patients with glaucomatous VFD
2. Age: 35 â?? 80 Years
3. Best Correct Visual Acuity (BCVA) better than 0.2 logMAR
4. Spherical equivalent of +/- 5 DS
5. Astigmatism error < 2.5 D
Objective 1:
1. Severe systemic disorders
2. Neurological disorder
3. Significant medication such as anti-depressants
4. RUDAS score < 23
5. History of ocular surgery (except cataract)
Objective 2,3 & 4:
1. Secondary glaucoma,
2. Neurological disorder
3. Significant medication such as anti-depressants
4. History of ocular surgery (except cataract)
5. RUDAS score < 23
