Inclusion Criteria
Healthy volunteers are included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
-History of cardiovascular disease
-neck/shoulder pain
-neck/shoulder surgery
-taking hypertension medication
-taking birth control or hormonal contraceptives
-history of ever having neck mobilizations
-history of fainting spells
-taking blood thinners
-consuming alcohol or caffeinated beverage within 4 hours of study
-moderate to vigorous exercise on day of study
