Inclusion Criteria
Children admitted in Shahid Beheshti Hospital; axillary temperature over 38 degrees; aged 1 to 6 years. Exclusion criteria: The use of anti pyretic drug before admission; diarrhea; drug intolerance; using techniques such as sponge.
