Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All ASA GRADE 2\-4 aged 18\-70 yrs aged consented
- •patients undergoing rigid bronchoscopy for tracheal stenting, crybiopsy, foreign body
- •removal or Transbronchial Needle Aspiration etc. will be included in our study
Exclusion Criteria
- •CAD or congestive heart failure
- •ESRD, END STAGE LIVER DISEASE
- •Refusal to give consent
- •Bronchoscopy through tracheostomy
- •Coagulopathy
- •Known allergy to local anesthetics
- •Anterior neck swelling
