Study Overview

Brief Summary

Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain, especially in middle-aged adults. It can lead to pain while walking, standing, and performing daily activities, thereby affecting the quality of life.

Homoeopathy is a system of medicine that treats the individual as a whole and may help in reducing pain and improving foot function in patients suffering from plantar fasciitis.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of individualized homoeopathic medicine in the management of plantar fasciitis in patients aged 40 to 60 years. Improvement will be assessed using the Foot Function Index, which measures pain, difficulty in daily activities, and functional limitation of the foot.

This study aims to generate evidence regarding the usefulness of individualized homoeopathic treatment in reducing heel pain and improving foot function in patients with plantar fasciitis.
