入选标准
- •patients undergoing elective or emergency aortic surgery using deep hypothermic circulatory arrest、
- •preoperative platelet counts>150000000000/L、
- •preoperative hematocrit>33%、
- •without recent anticoagulants less than 5 days
排除标准
- •preoperative coagulation disorder
- •severe renal and liver dysfunction
- •preoperative hemodynamic instability
结局指标
主要结局
total perioperative allogenic transfusions of platelet and fresh frozen plasma
时间窗: on the 7th day postoperatively
次要结局
- rate of reexploration for bleeding(on the 7th day postoperatively)
- postoperative blood loss(on the 7th day postoperatively)
