Inclusion Criteria

Women between the ages of 20 and 50; Body mass index greater than or equal to 25 kg / m² and less than 40 kg / m²; Waist circumference greater than or equal to 80 cm; Not having participated in a weight loss program in the last six months; Be healthy.

Exclusion Criteria

Cigarette smoker volunteers; history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic pathologies; being pregnant or nursing; practice restrictive diets; allergic reactions to any of the components of the shake.
