patient without levothyroxine or with levothyroxine without any change in symptom for more than 4months patient with serum tsh greater than 4.5miul and below 20miul patient with other symptoms along with prominent modalities and sensation
patient with autoimmune diseases like vitiligo lichen planus and rheumatoid arthritis patient with hypothyroidism after total and near total thyroidectomy diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure pregnant and lactating women patient does not give consent to participate in study
