Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with FBS: 100 to 125mg/dL or PPBS 140 to 199 mg/dL AND HbA1C: 5\.7% to 6\.4%
- •Both male and female
- •Age group 18 to 55 years
- •Visceral fat \>7%
- •PA \< 600 Met.Min. per week
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known case of T2DM and hypertension
- •Neurological Impairment
- •Severe cardiovascular risk
- •Foot Ulcer and amputation of lower limb
- •Metal implant
- •Peripheral vascular disease
- •Psychiatric condition
