Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Individuals with FBS: 100 to 125mg/dL or PPBS 140 to 199 mg/dL AND HbA1C: 5\.7% to 6\.4%
  • Both male and female
  • Age group 18 to 55 years
  • Visceral fat \>7%
  • PA \< 600 Met.Min. per week

Exclusion Criteria

  • Known case of T2DM and hypertension
  • Neurological Impairment
  • Severe cardiovascular risk
  • Foot Ulcer and amputation of lower limb
  • Metal implant
  • Peripheral vascular disease
  • Psychiatric condition
