- •2.patients with age group05-16years
- •3.patients who were previously diagnosed and have reliable reports
排除标准
- •1.patients having Hb less than 5 gm %/dl
- •2.patients with acute chest syndrome
- •3..patients with variuos complication such as stroke,renal failure,spleen infraction, transfusional iron overload etc
