入选标准
- •1. Age 18 â?? 60 years.
- •2. ASA I to II
- •3. Patient undergoing surgery under
- •supraclavicular block
- •4. BMI -18.5 to 25
- •5. Weight 50 â?? 80 kg
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Any bleeding disorder and patient on
- •anticoagulants
- •3. Severe respiratory disease
- •4. Neurological deficit involving brachial
- •5. Local infection at the injection site
- •6. Allergy to study drugs
- •7. History of peptic ulcer disease, diabetes
- •mellitus, hepatic or renal failure
- •(contraindication to steroids)
- •8. Pregnant women
