Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy volunteers; undergraduate students at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP); campus São Paulo age greater than or equal to 16 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with acute mental disorders; age less than 16 years on the date of signature of the TCLE; previous pregnancy within six months or current; and regular practitioners of mindfulness, meditation, yoga
