1. Adult patients aged 18 years and above of subclinical/overt hypothyroidism associated with or without
T2DM attending the medicine OPD and endocrine OPD or admitted in Medicine wards
undergoing standard treatment will be selected.
2. Patients who gave written informed consent.
3. Patients with mental and physical fitness up to a minimum level will be selected.
4. Access to technology
5. Not be involved in habitual yoga practice
1. Those patients who refused to participate in the study were excluded.
2. Women who are pregnant, patients with any type of tumor or malignancy or any history of
malignancy or any recent operation within 2 months.
3. Without access to technology will be excluded
