- •All gender, age between 20-60 years
- •k/c/o Varicose Vein
- •With or without pain, Itching, Edema, Exudates in the ulcer
- •Patient with adequate circulation to the leg as evidenced by a palpable pulse.
- •Hyperpigmentaion and Eczema around the ulcer
- •Patients willing to give specimen of blood for the investigation.

- •k/c/o Diabetic ulcer
- •k/c/o Marjolins’s Ulcer
- •k/c/o Hansen’s disease
- •k/c/o Osteomyelities
- •k/c/o Gangrenous ulcer
