•Age between 40 years to 70 years
•Patients having chief & associated complaints of Madhumeha (Avilamutrata, Pipasa-adhikya, Kshudha-adhikya, etc.).
•Known patient of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and also the patients preliminarily diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus on the basis of signs and symptoms of the disease will be confirmed by FBS and PPBS.
•Blood sugar â?? Fasting more than 126 and equal to or less than 200 mg/dl or PP more than 200 mg/dl

•1.Age below 40 and above 70 years.
•Blood sugar â?? Fasting less than or equal to 126 and more than 200 mg/dl or PPBS less than 200 mg/dl.
•2.Malignant and accelerated hypertensive
•3.CVS disorder (CAD)
•4.Pregnant woman and planning to be pregnant within six months
•5.Lactating mother
•6.Secondary Diabetes mellitus
•7.Patient undergoing regular treatment for Diabetes or any other severe illness
•8.CNS disorder e.g. encephalopathy
