Inclusion Criteria

patient age ranging from 18-80 years old with traumatic tibial shaft fracture that have either of 1. pain upon passive stretching of lower leg compartment 2. affected leg swelling

Exclusion Criteria

those who refuses to participate, traumatic amputation and pregnant woman.
