入选标准
- •1.The patients with new diagnosis as carpal tunnel syndrome by clinical diagnosis criteria at Thammasat University Hospital.
- •2.Mild to moderate degree of CTS by electrodiagnostic criteria
- •3.18-60 years old patients
排除标准
- •1.Carpal tunnel release or steroid injection
- •2.Supplement with omega-3 fatty acid within the last 3 months
- •3.Underlying diseases: bleeding tendency, diabetes mellitusand cervical radiculopathy
- •4.Take blood-thinning medications including warfarin (Coumadin), clopidogrel (Plavix), or aspirin
- •5.Allergy to fish oil and seafood
- •6. Pregnancy
