Inclusion Criteria
1.The patients with new diagnosis as carpal tunnel syndrome by clinical diagnosis criteria at Thammasat University Hospital.
2.Mild to moderate degree of CTS by electrodiagnostic criteria
3.18-60 years old patients
Exclusion Criteria
1.Carpal tunnel release or steroid injection
2.Supplement with omega-3 fatty acid within the last 3 months
3.Underlying diseases: bleeding tendency, diabetes mellitusand cervical radiculopathy
4.Take blood-thinning medications including warfarin (Coumadin), clopidogrel (Plavix), or aspirin
5.Allergy to fish oil and seafood
6. Pregnancy
