  • Professional Swimmers Having More Than 4 Years Of Competitive Experience.
  • Performs 4-5 Training Session Per Week For 1-2 Hours.
  • Swimmers With Scapular Dyskinesia Confirmed By Lateral Scapula Slide Test.Participants Willing To Participate In The Study And Who Can Comprehend The Commands.

排除标准

  • Patients Having Traumatic History Like Shoulder Fractures, Dislocation, Whiplash Injuries.
  • Skin Disorders Like Hypersensitivity, Open Wounds, Active Infection.
  • Swimmers With Uncontrolled Systemic Conditions.
  • Swimmers With Any Musculoskeletal And Neurological Disorders.
  • Swimmers With Congenital Or Acquired Deformities.
