1. Outpatients department scheduled for bronchoscopy at a King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, 2. can use application line
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who declined to enroll to the study, 2.Patients with history of deaf blind, Severe psychiatric disorder, End of life care,3. cannot use application line

Name Time Method anxiety on the day of the bronchoscopy anxiety visual analog score (VAS)
