入选标准
- •Women aged > 40 years and < 65 years
- •- Those with body mass index (BMI) < 25–34 kg/m2 and overweight in Stage 1
- •- Those who agreed not to receive other treatments including exercise or diet during the study period
排除标准
- •- Those with inflammatory lesions or trauma to the ear
- •- Those diagnosed with mental illness, dementia, depression, and anxiety disorder
- •- Patients with cardiovascular, endocrine, thyroid, and pituitary disease
- •- Those taking sleeping pills or female hormones
- •- Those not undergoing other complementary and alternative therapies or other obesity treatments for weight loss
