Inclusion Criteria

All students studying midwifery in both the undergraduate and graduate entry programmes at University College Dublin

Exclusion Criteria

1. Non-English speaker
2. Aged under 18 years
3. Medical conditions: epilepsy, pre-existing binocular vision disturbances, psychiatric disorders, heart conditions, or other serious medical conditions
