1)Recreational overhead athletes with a loss of greater or equal to twenty degrees of Internal Rotation Range of motion of dominant arm along with Total Range of Motion loss greater or equal to five degrees.
2)Recreational overhead Athletes playing any overhead sports for a minimum 2 years with a weekly average of 3 days per week
3)Subjects must be students of MAHE, who are well conversant in English.
1) Subjects with any upper quadrant surgical history to shoulder.
2) Any recent fracture.
3) Subjects with any neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders
