Inclusion Criteria
1) 25 kg/m²=BMI(Body mass index)=34.9 kg/m², PBF(Percent body fat) is over 25% as male, over 30% as female.
2) Participants who have fully understand the information provided about the study voluntarily decided to participate and agree to comply with precautions
Exclusion Criteria
1) Participants who have a change of weight over 10% within 3 months prior to the screening examination
2) Participants who have an obesity surgery within 1 year
3) Participants with a history of medicine abuse
4) Participants who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to the screening examination
