Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 Years to 64 Years (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •employment with at least 50% job at first contact
- •- residence or company location in Bavaria (Lower Franconia or Upper Franconia)
- •- Recently (up to four months) incapacitated or threatened - incapacitation due to mental illness
- •- waiting period of 180 months (minimum insurance period DRV) fulfilled or use of medical rehabilitation in the last 6 months
- •- psychiatric diagnosis required
- •- at least 3h able to work/day
- •- willingness of the client to reduce working hours to 50% and to participate in psychological job-related intervention and case management
- •- pension insurance with DRV Nordbayern or DRV Bund
- •- no change of job planned
Exclusion Criteria
- •- self-employed, trainees, civil servants
- •- lack of positive prognosis for SAW/RTW within the next 12 months.
- •- lack of possibility to establish a stable working relationship with the client and/or to implement measures to achieve the goal (e.g. untreated serious mental/medical illness).
- •- participation in a retraining program that exceeds the project's timeframe of 12 months (+ 6 months follow-up)
- •- German Statutory Accident Insurance cases (mental illness caused by work accident/occupational disease)
- •- unemployment at the time of contact
- •- application for or exclusive orientation towards pension for reduced earning capacity
