Patients 20 to 75 years of age who are able to ambulate
- The patients that agree on the informed consents for this study
History of previous heart disease (angina, Myocardial Infarction, coronary revascularization, Heart Failure)
History of stroke or Transient ischemic attack
Dementia
Chronic renal disease (eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m2)
History of peripheral artery disease
Cancer and liver disease
Chronic alcoholics
(Possible) pregnancy
Women who are breast feeding or taking oral contraceptives
Abnormal results of screening test which might influence the endpoints itself
Disabling diseases in general (include blind patients, foreigner)
Predictable lack of cooperation
