(1) Subjects with a history of diabetes, liver disease, renal disease, gastrointestinal disease, cardiac disease, respiratory disease, psychiatric disease, peripheral vascular disease, or other serious diseases (2) Subjects with a CAT score of 10 or above (3) Subjects who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery (4) Subjects with abnormal liver and renal function test values (5) Subjects with diseases currently being treated (6) Subjects who are allergic to food and drugs (7) Subjects with anemia symptoms (8) Female subjects wishing to become pregnant while participating in this study, pregnant (including those who may be pregnant) or lactating female subjects (9) Subjects who regularly use medicines or health foods that affect cardiopulmonary functions (10) Subjects who regularly use foods, health foods, or medicines that are rich in the relevant ingredients (11) Subjects who play intense sports and subjects who are on a diet (12) Subjects with extremely irregular eating habits (13) Subjects with a BMI of >=30 kg/m2 or <18.5 kg/m2Subjects with a BMI of 30 or higher (14) Subjects who may change their lifestyle during the study period(e.g., extended travel) (15) Subjects who cannot stop taking health foods (including foods for specified health use and foods with functional claims) and quasi-drugs during the test period (16) Subjects who are continuously treated with pharmaceuticals (including OTC and prescription drugs) (17) Subjects who drink more than 60 g of average daily pure alcohol (18) Subjects who are participating in or will participate in other clinical trials at the start of this study (19) Other subjects judged by the investigator or the investigator to be inappropriate for the examination
